At Plum Retail we offer Free Next Day Shipping on all orders* over £25.00.
Orders under £25.00 incur a £3.95 delivery charge, however, are still delivered next day!

Our Returns Policy
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. For online purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 28 days.
All returns are shipped with Evri. If you would prefer to use a different shipping carrier, we require this shipping to be paid by the customer.
Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Terms & Conditions of Our Policy
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
By original condition we mean:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
- you haven’t used the product

Our Furniture Returns Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied and would like to return your goods we accept returns (please note this excludes made to order products - including Laura Ashley and Willis & Gambier, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty) within 28 days of delivery. You must notify us that you would like to return your goods within 14 days from receiving your goods.
If the product is not in a fully resellable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s).
If the goods are not faulty, the cost of returning them is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at the warehouse. If you cannot return them we will arrange to collect them but the cost of this collection will be deducted from any refund.
Unfortunately, as Laura Ashley and Willis & Gambier products are made to order, we are unable to accept order cancellations beyond 48 hours of the order being placed as this is considered a committed order and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Refunds will be processed when the goods to be returned have reached us or been collected.
